Each issue of digital Object Magazine includes:
• Profiles of established and emerging designers, makers and artists
• Feature stories with rich images and video
• Reviews of past or current exhibitions from around the world, with images and/or video

Inside this issue
Inside this first digital issue of Object Magazine, we take editorial aim at the field of ceramics.

We catch up with David Revere McFadden, Chief Curator and Vice President for Programs at the Museum of Arts & Design in New York City, who takes as on a riveting exploration of international ceramics, uncovering some of the most innovating practitioners in the field today. We also meet one of our very own ceramicists, Addison Marshall, who speaks to us of his personal relationship to the medium and what inspires his minimalist forms.

Outside the realm of ceramics, we go Inside the Engine Rooms, where we take a special look at the working rooms of some of Sydney’s most creative studios. We meet Living Treasure, goldsmith, Robert Baines, and we review some of the most exciting design and craft exhibitions, including the 2010 Architecture Biennale in Venice.
